Monitor Your Sexual Appetite
Always keep an eye on how sexually active you are.
By which I'm not saying have so much sex (which is fine if you do). But, I wanna say sexual activity, desire and appetite has direct correlation with your general health.
Again, it does not mean if you have more (or less) sex it is better or worse, however, the significant change is a very strong clue on what is going on in your body.
Healthy and balanced act of love, requires a very balances state of both mind and body.
